Edward P. Ludovici received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in 1983 and Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 1987. Ed has been very active in community affairs having been a past board member of Chamber South, and past President of the Perrine-Cutler Ridge Rotary Club in 1992-93 and again in 2004-05. He was also Vice-Chairman of the Palmetto Bay Municipal Advisory Committee and served on the Palmetto Bay Charter Committee as its Chairman. Ed also chaired the Charter School Committee for Palmetto Bay. He has served as counsel to the Town of Cutler Bay Charter Committee. Ed's areas of practice include Real Estate Transactions, Estate Planning and Corporate Work. Ed is able to draw on his over 22 years of experiences as a businessman in assisting his clients. |

Philip Ludovici received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami in 1956 and Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 1959. He founded the firm in 1959 and is a former municipal court judge. He recently served on the Board of Directors of the Palmetto Bay Business Association, The Deering Estate Foundation, and the Miami Ski Club. He brings his clients over 50 years of experience in business and legal matters. |

Susan M. Ludovici received her Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Miami in 1982 and Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1985. Susan is very active in our community. She holds the office of treasurer for the Perrine-Cutler Ridge/Palmetto Bay Rotary Club. Susan is also the secretary/treasurer of the newly formed Palmetto Bay Village Voice – a citizen group seeking transparency and accountability in local government. Susan is also the vice-chair on the Palmer Trinity School Board of Directors. Prior positions held: she was president of the Parent Association at Palmer Trinity School in 2004-2005. Susan served for several years on the Palmetto Bay Business Association board. She served four years as treasurer of the Women in the Church council at Old Cutler Presbyterian Church. Susan previously held elected office - Community Council #13 for 1996-2000; one year as Chairperson. Susan was appointed by the Miami Dade County Commission to be a member of the South Dade Unsafe Structures Board in 1994. Elected Chair of that board in 1994. Susan had been very active in Chamber South chairing various committees and serving on the executive board in the 1990s. She also was a member of the Board of Directors of the Perrine Cutler Ridge Council - an economic development group from 1995-1998. While on the Council, she wrote a grant application and received $30,000.00 for street planting post Hurricane Andrew. Susan's areas of practice at the firm include General Litigation and Collections. |

Michelle Fraga attended the University of Miami, where she was a National Merit Scholar and a Henry King Scholar. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration with honors in 1988. She attended the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a staff member of the Inter-American Bar Review. She obtained her Juris Doctor in 1991. Michelle is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Michelle joined Ludovici & Ludovici in 1992 and practices in the areas of General Civil Litigation, Collections, and Probate. She is fluent in Spanish. |
